In October of 2009, our office experienced, what I would call, a catastrophic event.  Our server went down and all our Medisoft data files locked up. This turned out to be caused by a corrupted database. We had software support in a northern state and they worked with us until they mysteriously disappeared off the radar.  We were left in the lurch without support, corrupted files which were completely locked up, and a corrupted data base on our server.  Being the end of the year, with patients wanting copies of their yearly charges, etc, it was a very bad predicament.  I called the number on the software (Medisoft distributor) and they wouldn't even speak with me unless I paid money up front. We went online and found Dibb Solutions in Fayetteville, NC.  The first time I spoke with Kevin, I knew that I could trust him and that he would do his best to help us.

After quite a bit of work, Kevin was able to recover most of our files - the previous company was unsuccessful.  Thanks to Kevin, who continues to be our software support, we are able to continue with business as usual.

Dibb Solutions has been providing Medisoft support and training to Therapy Playground for the past several years.  We are a large clinic with a 25 user license who use Medisoft and Office Hours as part of daily operations.  Without continual uptime we would not be able to operate efficently.  Dibb Solutions has been able to provide excellent support to our in house operations.

After our computer crashed and we were unable to restore our previous Medisoft program we knew we would either have to buy a new Medisoft program or switch to a different billing program.  With my experience with Medisoft in the past, I was pushing towards another program, simply because the support was too pricey for us when we were in need.  We decided to give Medisoft another try and found the program with Dibb Solutions at a very reasonable price.  With the great communication and willingness to help with the program along the way, I will definitely go through Dibb Solutions again for any of our program needs.  They are a pleasure to do business with.

We recently had a "strange issue" that caused Medisoft to run very slow on a few of the computers our clinic.  After initial troubleshooting on the phone proved unsuccessful, Kevin came to our location to continue troubleshooting.  He determined it was an issue with the network wiring and switch, and because he is also a network administrator (in addition to a Medisoft guru), he was able to repair the wiring issue and replace the switch.  He also did some maintenace on our computers and is working to replace the server and some of the workstation computers.

 

AOP - Mark Fordham - Fayetteville, NC

Dibb Solutions has provided several upgrades and support to AOP's Fayetteville location and has recently networked the remote Greenville location to share the Medisoft database with our central office.  This has saved us the cost of additional Medisoft installs as well as allowing us to not have the hassel of two separate client databases.
