Medisoft Question:
I'm going to take my chances here but I thought I would try and see if you could answer one simple question for me. Everything about the medisoft software we purchased from you is great, other than one thing that has been changed since the last version. On the transaction entry page, in the prior medisoft we were using, there was a document block underneath the chart block and case block. On this version 16 it's missing the document block for me to manually enter in a date of service. I've looked everywhere on the program and also online to see if this is still an option with medisoft and I've come up with nothing. I thought I'd take a chance and ask to see if you might know how I can have that as an option again? I appreciate your help and thank you in advance.
Medisoft Answer:
Pull down file and click on program options. Click on data entry tab. Make sure the check force docuemnt number box is checked. See if that does it. If not give us a call today and we will look at this again.
