To register your Medisoft products, open Medisoft and click on "Help", then "Register Program" to see the following dialoge box:
Enter your Practice Information here:
NOTE: If you are upgrading, be sure to enter your practice/registration name EXACTLY as it was before.
Enter your Provider Information here:
Enter your Medisoft product Serial Numbers here. If you are upgrading from a previous version of Medisoft, enter those Serial Numbers here as well:
If this is the first time Medisoft is being registered, it will ask you if you already have Registration Codes. Click "NO" and it will go online to get them.
Once all products are successfully registered, you will see the following dialoge box:
IMPORTANT: Once you have registered all your Medisoft products, go back to "Help", "Register Products", and click the "Print" button:
You will then see a screen similar to the following that includes your Serial Numbers, Registration Codes, as well as your Practice Information. Print this screen and save for future reference if you ever need to reinstall Mediosft. If you need to reinstall Medisoft, you'll need this information. McKesson charges $95.00 to retreive this information.

rginf.adt - contains the practice registration information for Medisoft
rgnpds.adt - contains the Medisoft SN# and registration codes
rgspc.adt - contains the provider information that was entered when registered.
Note: You must have the special username and password to access this information.
