Medisoft error tblLoginout
Cannot perform this operation on a closed dataset"
This may happen when accessing Medisoft Reports.
The first and easiest thing to try is to click "File", then "Login/Password Management" and then click the "Reset to Defaults" button.
Afterwards, if you have an issue with Revenue Management not opening properly, exit Medisoft and run Check Updates. You might have to remove and re-add your usernames.
If the above doesn't do the trick, try "FindBadTables.exe" and then "RepairData.exe" on the data set that is having the issue.
If there are still issues, it seems that the problem is sometimes when the user changes a password, it deletes the mwlio.adt file. When that happens, the reports will not run and the error tblLoginout is the result.
This can also be repaired if you have a current backup of mwlio.adt.
Sometimes the mwPSW and the mwLPM tables contained corrupted values, so you will need to empty both tables, packed data, rebuilt index and Reports should then work.
