If you use Quicken or QuickBooks accounting software, you can export deposit information from the Deposit List to a Quicken or QuickBooks file format.
To export data to the QuickBooks file format, follow these steps:
Go to the Activities menu and select Enter Deposits/Payments. The Deposit List window opens.
Click Export. The Export to window opens.
Selecct Quickbooks and then OK. The Export to QuickBooks window opens.
Enter the accounts receivable and bank account names, if applicable. Also enter the range of deposit dates you want to export.
Click Export. The Save As window opens.
Click the down arrow in Save In to browse to the directory where you want to save the file.
Enter the name of the file in File Name and click Save. The program saves the file to the selected directory.

To export data to the Quicken file format, follow these steps:
Go to the Activities menu and select Enter Deposits/Payments. The Deposit List window opens.
Click Export. The Export to window opens.
Click Quicken and then OK. The Data Selection Questions window opens.
Enter the date range of deposit information you want to export and click OK. The Save As window opens.
Click the down arrow in Save In to browse to the directory where you want to save the file.
Enter the name of the file in File Name and click Save. The program saves the file to the selected directory.
