Medisoft
What's the difference between Medisoft Basic, Advanced, and Network Professional?
That's probably the most common question we get, so here's the short and sweet answer:
Reporting:
Medisoft Basic has limited Reports, Advanced has many reports available.
Accounting / Billing:
Medisoft Basic has Integrated Electronic Eligibility Checking, UB-04 Paper and Print Image, and much more, but Advanced has Multi-link Treatment Plans, Payment Plan options, Statement Management, Missed Copay Tracking, and much, much more.
HIPAA:
While Basic is HIPAA compliant, Medisoft Advanced has much more control over security and permissions.
So what about Advanced vs Network Pro? Well Network Pro is basically a multi-user version of Advanced, along with a few other additions.
