  • Professional and Institutional Claims:  The claims processing application is internet-based with a date and time stamp of every claim.  This tool allows you to follow the progress of the claim every step of the way.  Our easy to read reporting capabilities and on-line editing features allow for quicker turn-around and more control over the entire electronic claims process.   You will never need to print and shelf another error report!
  • Electronic Remittance Advice: Download remittance files from over 400 major payers right from our web site.  Payers available at this time are Medicare, state Medicaids, Blues, and all major commercial plans as well as most regional carriers.
  • Electronic patient statements are processed with on-line viewing.   Now when a patient calls with questions regarding a billing statement, you can view the exact document in question on-line.  We offer “fast forwarding” for patients who have moved and forgotten to update your office with their change of address.  A report of the corrections are passed back to you so that you can update your records for future reference. They can even pay their bill on line!
  •  ZPay allows for the processing of credit and debit cards through the ZirMed website via the internet, eliminating the cost and hassle of a dedicated phone line or the traditional credit card swipe machine.  The ability to swipe checks and have the money instantly deposited to your account now available.
