2. When McKesson receives your repost request, you will receive an automated email which contains the ticket number for the repost request. Please keep this email for your records.
Once McKesson receives repost confirmation from the clearinghouse, they will contact you via email confirming the ERA(s) have been reposted.
Note: Please allow three (3) to five (5) business days to repost your remittance file.

Possibly the client accidentally deleted them.
Possibly client got check but RelayHealth didn't get the ERA.
